Comfort and flexibility

BESIX STAY, the group behind A-STAY and part of the BESIX Group wanted to realise a new, innovating hospitality concept where technology guarantees optimal comfort and flexibility. To make sure the project was picture perfect, BESIX called on our expertise. Being part of the team from the beginning of the project ensured the realisation of an efficient strategy and an excellent execution.

Dillen Technologies funneled sometimes unclear requirements towards concrete deliverables whilst obtaining the requested resources. They identified themselves with the project, resisted the stress coming with tight deadlines, clearly communicated with their stakeholders and had no issue to stretch themselves to the limit.

Creating value

We used our experience in process innovation and business development to determine how we could best market this concept and where we could create value for A-STAY and its guests. We focused mainly on an optimal user experience and developed a forward-looking approach that allows the guests of A-STAY to be the architect of their own stay. We also ensured maximum automation of the processes in order to minimize the operational burden and costs of the hotel. This way, the staff at A-STAY can focus on what really matters: The guest.

State-of-the-art technologies

Using state-of-the-art technologies, we made it possible for A-STAY customers to create their own stay from start to finish. For example, by using biometric technology that gives guests access to various services.

The A-STAY eco-system

The custom-developed A-STAY platform allows expats, millennials, business travellers and tourists to have access to a range of facilities and can arrange everything according to their wishes at the touch of a button or show of hand. Moreover, the fact that the whole system was built from scratch, makes it possible for external technology partners to easily integrate with the platform.
